Make a Payment

For your convenience, Deschutes Water & Sewer Utility offers a Customer Service Portal to pay your bill and manage your account online.

To set up your online account, you’ll need:

  • Your email address
  • Your Deschutes Water & Sewer Utility account number to make a new account, which can be found on your bill
  • A debit card, MasterCard or VISA, or your bank account number and routing number

If you wish to submit a payment a different way, here are your options:

AutoPay

You can have your account balance deducted from your bank or financial institution account automatically on the due date on the bill.

There are 2 options for this:

  1. In the Customer Service Portal once registered
  2. By filling out the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization Form (PDF) and returning it to Deschutes Water & Sewer Utility to have payments deducted directly from your bank account.
